Some need to stay bare above soil, other need to be pushed in the soil a little while some need to be slightly covered. So check each herb individually on the internet, which is what I did as I tend to grow a lot of stuff.Otherwise, once I followed all the right instructions, all but the stevia grew and are still growing.
