The shower I use at the moment has a 10" step and this acts as a superb half step. I'm using inside so didn't want to screw it to my bathroom floor and it is liable to tilt slightly when he pulls himself onto it - knowing this I simply put a foot on the far side of it and problem solved.A very sturdy step and if used outside or otherwise secured to the floor it is excellent for bridging a high step. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great, check small screw on delivery it might help handle assembly *by H***O on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 July 2020* My parents were considering getting a builder in to put a step in at the rear French doors. This one handled step allows the door to swing out. And is stable and sturdy. They are very pleased with it. That said when it arrives and the handle needs to go into the slot. There is a small screw preventing it sliding in. Make sure you check for the screw. Very good quality, large surface area,strong and stable and the non-slip strips on the surface work well . The two handles have a pattern cut into the top which is then painted over so grip is better there too. Im currently using it indoors for my physiotherapy but as soon as I have finished that it will be by my front doorstep to help elderly visitors (and me) get in and out in safety and comfort.
