Last replacement cost for 8 windows was £20K so this focusses the mind. Used properly the repairs will outlast the rest of the structures so of excellent quality if you do it properly. I am allergic to this stuff so have to handle it with a great deal of care, but the results are so good, it is the basis of my preferred maintenance system as a very active DIYer.
