I know they work properly as I threw up a few weeks ago and the capsules were still intact, even after 4 hours (Damaged Vagus Nerve). Threw them in some baking soda water to replicate small intestine PH. Took 72 minutes for it to open up, while shaking now and then. Probably work a little faster in the intestine as the Small Intestine is only a couple centimeters round. These are really capsules. The do exactly what they should.
