Very sturdy bag.Managed to get 4 nappies, cream and half full wipes in the portable pouch, a bit of a squeeze but was able to close it in the end.Plenty of room and a lot of slots/pockets for everything baby wise and parents too.Very friendly customer service (Thank you Gary)The Rucksack could have some room for improvements but what doesn't!Awaiting their response to my suggestions though!.Only downside, is when it's all full, try to remember the 2 bonus totes and the portable changing mat have to go in too, or you will end up with either leaving out one of the totes or clip it/them on the outside of the bag like I did, which makes me look like a camper with dangling stuff. Plenty of bottle pockets for cups and had little zip section for a dummy on top for easy access.
