I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner for a while. My scalp feels clean and less greasy even after 48 hours. The tea tree and mint give a cooling effect without being harsh. No flakes or itch so far. The scent is light and clean, not overpowering. I like that it doesn’t contain silicone or parabens—my hair feels softer and doesn’t get weighed down. Works well for my fine, oily hair.

This shampoo and conditioner has left my hair so soft and manageable. My hair also gets dirty the next day and it still looks/feels fresh on the third day from washing. Only criticism is that some people may not like the smell. But I think it smells good once it's washed out and it leaves my hair feeling its best.

I tried out this shampoo and conditioner hoping it would help out my hair. I have thin/thinning hair. The shampoo and conditioner has a funny menthol smell and for a long while I didn’t think I would use it but it was expensive so I gave a few more tries and if you can get past the smell it lathers really well and is a good thick conditioner. It takes a long wile to see results but I feel like it has helped my hair start to grow again. I didn’t expect it to do wonders but it is a good set. I think I will try a different one looking for a different smell or a more specific hair need like shine or thickness.

I love Japanese haircare products and this brand is one of my top choices. This product was good for my damaged, dry hair.

I bought this thinking it might help with the dandruff I was getting from my old shampoo but it actually made it worse and dried my scalp so bad that my scalp burns and feels tender even if I just lightly run my fingers through my hair. I will say that I have super oily hair so I wash my hair everyday or every other day depending on how bad it gets. Maybe this shampoo is not intended for that but I haven’t had dandruff this bad in years and it really has inconvenienced my day to day.
