Very easy to use, the only thing I wished I had done differently is buy the larger one, but opted for the smaller one being I was just learning to sharpen clipper blades. I returned mine because it did not sharpen my clipper blades, in fact it made them duller. **Q: hi can this machine be used for sharpening hair clipper blade (whall)?** A: I don't see why it couldn't. I've only used it for my removable pet blades, but it is a sharpening Stone. Maybe ask manufacturer bc I don't want to make assumptions. **Q: what sharpening grit are you using with this product?** A: I'm using the grit that it came with. Master grooming really does work. I took a chance with it and have no regrets. It's saving me a bundle. I used it several months ago on my clipper blade is still sharp. I use the clipper on myself not for a barbershop or anything like that.
