The first time, the collars didn't arrive through second class post, but then I contacted the seller and told them that and that I understand that the post is late sometimes, but the products simply didn't arrive. The seller replied in a day and they remade the products for me and sent them again, this time second class but tracked, no problem. They were polite and professional and I found that very appealing. The collars itself are soft and my cats only hated me for one day after I put it on them. The tags are a good size, and the engraving is easy to read. The only concern I had was that the collars are not safety clicks, but I guess you can clearly see those on the product pictures.Overall I'm very satisfied and the exellent customer service was refreshingly pleasant. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are FANTASTIC given the rate at which my cat/kitten was prone ... *by B***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 July 2018* These are FANTASTIC given the rate at which my cat/kitten was prone to lose them ... which obviously they are supposed to come off rather than strangle them when in difficulty! These are the only SAFETY collars I have found that covers a bell (stops em getting the birds) and a bespoke name tag BOTH SIDES that take a name, address and tel no. So far lost one, wearing 2nd and 3rd still on standby for when that one goes.
