This olive oil is so delicious. I save it for salads with some good balsamic vinegar. It has a pop-up spout for pouring. It’s good enough to just drink out of the bottle. I absolutely love it. It comes packed in a nice box that can be gift wrapped which I plan to do for Christmas. I’ve tried many olive oils, and this is by far the best.

Excellent olive oil!

This was by far the best olive oil I have ever had. Give me this and some crusty bread and I'm a happy camper. I haven't ordered it in a bit, but mostly out of an attempt to caloricly recover from it. This is a smaller bottle, and I do not use evoo for cooking with, just dressings and on bread, but i finished this bottle in about 2-3 weeks. Most olive oil takes me about a year to use up. Will definitely buy again. Even had my mom and sister order some to try, as well as my grandma who has an olive oil subscription box, and they all loved it.

This is great for what it is, and inoffensive, ripe, buttery, smooth olive oil at $32/liter. My person taste is for more of a green flavor, a peppery finish, in the back of the throat. For that, the Trader Joe Sicilian olive oil ($20/liter) is great, so that's what I'll be buying going forward after taste testing both.

This was a NY Times wirecutter recommendation (not their top one). Have been disappointed by their lists before so had low expectations. But i am happy with this purchase. I use this olive oil for cooking and making pesto sauce and salad dressing. I dont sopp it up with bread. So I can’t tell you if the flavor is peppery or grassy or whatever. Maybe my palate is limited. Maybe it is bland but that’s OK. It is a lovely color and has a fresh scent. I would buy it again.

I use it in a shot glass, half a shot with real lemon juice quarter shot and I take it every morning and I have not been constipated or had stomach issues after the first week.

Bottle arrived leaking and there was a problem getting replacement

I wasn't expecting when I took the lid off that the built in spout would pop up, evoking a laugh from my husband. Still, we like the oil, dark bottle, nice spout, good value. I'm impressed.
