(On the chubby side tbh)I usually wear a 34 Acup bra, or a medium sports bra.I ordered the large of this and oml im glad I went up a size. Currently wearing it on the largest hooks (as it stretched with time ill be able to just switch to a tighter hook), perfectly snug but not too tight and still breathableFlattening in a natural looking way 😊came exactly when it said it would, very well packaged, received the correct item and size as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm Quite Impressed *by V***R on July 5, 2017* So, I ordered this binder using the recommended sizing chart, paying more attention to chest size than the weight guideline that came with it. To put this into perspective, I'm 5'4 and weigh exactly 130 pounds, so I'm not carrying an excessive amount of fat but I'm also not what most would label "thin." My chest size came in at right about 37 inches, putting me in the Small-Medium range. This is my third binder and from my experience, go with the larger size when you're between sizes; you will likely be more comfortable.As for the binder itself, I have to say that I'm very impressed with it. I feel like the fabric is stretchy enough to be comfortable but firm enough to have that binding effect you're looking for. The feature that I really like the most about this binder are the clasps on the shoulder straps. I have one binder that zips in the front and another binder that clasps on the side but is strapless. This is the first time that I've used a binder with clasps on the shoulder straps and I'm pretty much in love. They make the binder rather versatile and better fitting in my opinion. The binder is also very comfortable for me and doesn't cut up into the armpit area, a major issue that I've had with my other binder. As for the flattening effect it will have on your chest, if your chest is fairly big, then I think it's unreasonable to expect surface flat results. With that being said, the binder does its job in my case and I'm more than happy with the results. The picture I've included is when it first arrived today and I had it clasped at the first row of clasps. I imagine that if I clasped it tighter that my chest would be even more flat. I'll definitely try that in the future but I was more eager just to get it on today.Overall, I do recommend this binder for those who are FtM or cosplay male characters (both, in my case). Stick with the sizing chart and my recommendation is to consider chest size and going up the larger size for comfort reasons. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ the training bra of binders *by J***H on July 10, 2017* I would describe this binder as the training bra of binders. It serves well as a first binder and gets you used to the feeling of the pressure on your chest. Its very stretchy and breathable (I had absolutely no pain or trouble breathing at all, which is impressive for a binder). Its stretchiness, however, means that it does not bind as well as I would like. I ordered the small size and I am about 33 inches around. On the tightest clasp setting, it minimizes my breasts by half at most. The material on it isn't too itchy, but the bottom of it irritates my skin a bit from the tightness. But overall, I think that this is a pretty good binder for either somebody's first binder or just a substitute binder while they wait to get a better quality one.
