**Q: I have 6mm x 16mm solid  rivets would a 1/4 setting tool shown do the job in rounding off end, it’s for bmx brake levers**
A: Hi Jason. As 1/4 inch is 6.25mm it is large enough to round off properly. You do not mention the rivet material being used. If aluminium or similar soft alloy you can do this easily with this tool as it is very robust. Just make sure you get the rivet central in the cupped end for the best finished appearance, if important. Steel or stainless steel would be more of a challenge unless you can heat the rivet metal to soften it. I rate the tool but have only used it on softer alloys so far.

**Q: Will this work on 5mm semi tubular rivots acting as an axel in folding metal garden furniture?**
A: It should work. Make sure you have a hammer on the other end of the rivet, while riveting.
