I'm glad I did. *by C***F on Reviewed in the United States on April 12, 2018* I just received this today and only did a few exercises with it to "test it out" since I had already done a full workout today already. I can already tell this band is going to be extremely effective. I got tired of breaking all of the hip resistance bands I had and thought I'd try this type for a change. It offers great resistance and is made well. I weigh 116-120 and am 5"4", lean, and I lift heavy weights. I bought a small/medium and I feel it gives me perfect resistance. I would like to be able to stand slightly wider in my squat stances with it on but it's too tight. I still will do modified squats and DL's with it, though, for variation because I'm sure I'll see results.
