Its only the best one, unless you need a bigger one. Everyone wants to borrrow my fatmax.....NO! You definately do not need a fatmax to measure to see if your furniture will fit. This is the one that will fall several stories, and you hope its ok. It normally is fine, never seen one grenade like most other tapes will. Its for construction workers, and if your not a tradesman, buy something cheaper, you'll think the 16' is "heavy".
