After buying these glasses I have barely missed a morning of my light therapy. I can wear them while preparing breakfast and getting the kids ready for school without any problem. The light works at least as well as my old lamp and I think even better. It took 2-3 days to experiment with positioning the glasses correctly and trying different settings before I got used to them but after that I had no problems. No eye problems, no headache, and while the nose pads are quite hard they do not bother me for the short time I use them in the mornings.
