Works well for the most part. Had some trouble setting it up since the instruction manual was written in rather broken English. Only thing I don't like about this PTT speaker mic is when a PTT call comes in, the phone will no longer chirp. Sometimes I miss calls as a result. But I keep the phone in a place where I can see it light up and/or hear the buzz when it vibrates.
