My coach and I strung 3 rackets on it already. After assembling the machine, it is very easy to learn and use. The product is clearly made with high quality. The only small inconvenience was that at first the turntable was likely locked tight for shipping, but it wasn’t very easy or straightforward to unlock or unscrew the knob to loosen the turntable. I had to wiggle the knob until the threads were back on track to rotate the knob.
