I wear them whenever I'm bear foot. So typically in the evening after work, or pretty much all weekend. I hate taking them off and my feet beg for them when I get home. It just feels so good. I can't say that they've straightened substantially but they've definitely helped space them out. I would wear them to bed, but they have to much traction and tend to get messed up in the bed sheets when I move. Also don't care for them in shoes as they tend to have a greater rubber ban effect after awhile. Barefoot, I can wear these forever. My first pair lasted for about a year, before my cat finally finished them off. They're her favorite toy so I have to hide them from her. But after a year it was time for a clean pair anyway. I've seen the price vary from $2-$10. So I stocked up when they were at $2 so I have extra pairs for my travel bag. Also gave a pair to a friend. He also thinks they're great. Just get them. Might not fix your toe problems 100% but for under $10 it's worth the good that it does as well as preventing them from getting worse.I absolutely love these things! Immediately got rid of my lower back pain. I bought 2 extra pairs. I've been wearing shoes that were too narrow my entire life and my 2 outside toes on each foot are curled under my other toes and crunched up. These do a really good job of separating the toes. But only do a little bit to actually straighten. I'm going to have to address that with something else. Although, it may do a better job of toes besides the pinky toes. If you have a crooked toe in the middle it will probably help since the other toes act as a splint to keep it straight. But for the price and what these do I'm still giving 5 stars. After I got these I went to the shoe store and put these on while trying on new shoes to make sure they actually fit with my toes the way they are supposed to be. If you can't fit these in yours shoes I suggest getting new shoes since this is how your toes are supposed to be.They are also extremely comfortable. It actually feels quite good to me when I wear them around the house barefoot. That is the device itself. It will probably cause discomfort to your toes while it gets stretched back out and straightened. Not the device's fault. Only problem I have with wearing these is that after too long it will start to have a bit of a rubber band effect on your toes. Leaves an impression in the skin. So probably a good idea to take it off after a long time to let your toes breath a bit.But overall I love these and have recommended to my family and friends. If you have back pain it could be caused by many things but if your toes are messed up it's at least causing part of it. It's the foundation of our bone structure, so if your feet are off it's going to be off all the way to the top. So for the price you might as well start here.I wear a 12 W and these fit me fine. But I also think maybe the gel could be longer in between the toes so that it might help act as more of a splint than just separator. They're only about half the length of my toes. So if you have smaller feet, then these might also be more effective at straightening. ### ⭐⭐⭐ flimsy *by M***M on September 28, 2018* hard to put on.
