I can complain. Been running 7 days straight. I am using highly purified reverse osmosis water and it’s working great. Only having to add about a cup of water a day. I live in Las Vegas so the low humidity is the reason why. It’s just the perfect sound. Not to loud or to soft. You can’t hear the motor but the plug runs warm. I think it’s a little over priced for a simple mold & is very light weight but look great in the corner against the wall at night. *Video Attached

This fountain is lovely. It has some weight to it and is a well made product ( I dropped a piece removing it from the box with no damage). It has a bit of an Asian look and has a soothing sound when turned on. The only issue I had in the beginning was the motor which was quite loud. After running the fountain a few times the motor settled down and we were able to hear the peaceful sound of falling water. I would recommend this product and would definitely buy it again.

Very useful for front porche as water fountain.

Was so disappointed when we set this fountain up. I bought, several fountains for some rental properties and spent almost $100 more for this one because I wanted something special for a luxury suite. It's much more bulky/clumsy looking than the picture and the water doesn't come out of the top 2 tiers. I wouldn't buy again.

Well made, nice looking. Works great. The motor is pretty much silent, all you can hear is the trickling water. The LED light is nice. Overall happy with this purchase.

Very surprisingly light, sound of the water is very peaceful, it is easy to install, didn’t like the instructions but it was easy to put together. It was packaged well
