Yoko Saito's Woolwork

There are so many projects I want to make from this book, as is the case with all the books I have from Ms. Saito. Her books are a work of art and have clear and concise directions. Each book is such a treat.

I love this book. Ms. Saito's work is very inspiring. You will find everything from wool appliqué and quilts to rug hooking and jewelry in this book. If you enjoy working with wool you will enjoy this book.

Love the projects in the book

I’m a big fan of the art of Yoko Saito but this book is very disappointing. Weird, amateurish looking projects like the (cover picture) bracelets and a stuffed patchwork turtle, all of them in brown wool fabric. It was expensive compared to the other books in this series, which I love, so it was returned.

Yoko saito is a very stylish crafter. Her books are lovely, and even if you don't want to copy her designs, they give inspiration. The colours she uses are very muted and sophisticated, but that doesn't mean that you can't use your own colour palate in your designs.
