Truly awful product with even worse customer service
A very poor quality item that I bought direct from seller after speaking with her. My hair was dry and brittle after using the indigo and the henna. The henna made my lighter hairs a nicotine yellow colour. The powder was coarse and took several rinses to remove from my hair. it's not at all like the excellent quality henna and indigo I purchased from another seller. The person from this particular company spa was very persuasive about her product and the fact it was slightly cheaper swayed my decision. Big mistake, I should've stayed with my previous seller! When I called the lady from Spa Naturals to say I was disappointed and horrified by what her henna and indigo had done to my hair, she didn't want to know. She tried to blame me for the poor performance of her product. I've been using henna and indigo for years and I know what I'm doing. Pity I didn't recognise the product was rubbish when it opened the packagingI would've given this product zero stars but it's not possible to submit a review without giving it stars; hence the one

Best Henna & Indigo i have used! Gorgeous quality and leaves my hair a lovely colour and in lovely condition!
