I don't understand the second part of your question. All candy will hurt your teeth. **Q: My packages all had some white substance on the nibs (different from the appearance in the pictures). Has anyone else had this happen?** A: I have had 2 different dates and times this exact thing has happened to me. I am curious if you called then on this?....I saw they had responded with their contact phone #. This is a wild guess on my part....I just wonder if the colder winter temps in the non-insulated delivery small vans in my delivery area has anything to do with this? I am a frequent buyer of this product ( I give them out to groups of disabled children, broken homes kids, etc> ) and in my area's warmer part of the year, I have never seen this white substance on the Cherry Nibs and I notice this white substance also has no effect on taste or quality as far as I can tell....and I always check the freshness dates on the individual small packages, too.
