Overall, a poor investment. *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 13, 2019* This will be a lengthy review. The transformation plan involves a strict diet and multiple supplements. Additionally it has a protein shake but the package is not enough to last the full month.Nearly all supplements have a high level of caffeine. Even for a coffee drinker like me, it was an excessive amount.The diet for the first 8 days was a shake for breakfast and lunch, a 3 oz protein and 1/2 cup of vegetables for mid morning and afternoon snack and dinner. I estimate this was only about 850 calories a day. It also required drinking a full gallon of water a day.I lost 8 lbs in 8 days but it was not sustainable. I have an active job and was sluggish and brain fogged by day 4.After day 8, the diet becomes convuluted. Without taking the paperwork along, I couldn't keep track of what or how much I was supposed to be eating.After the joy of losing 8 lbs, I had dinner with my family. I ate chips and salsa and then just salad with no dressing. The next day I had gained 4 lbs back.I truly recommend finding a high protein (clean proteins like nuts and turkey) and high vegetable diet. This was another expensive quick fix that simply did not provide lasting results. The first time, I just did it for the 8 days, I am currently doing it for a second time (I'm on day 5 and down 6 pounds!) but this time I am planning on doing it the full 30 days.
