Cutimed Siltec L (Light) Silicone Foam Dressings 6" x 6" (Box of 10), # 7263002

I purchased this dressing to try it as a possible cheaper replacement for Mepilex Lite. Definitely it is not. Although it may serve as a replacement to the standard Mepilex (a thick one). It is not bad but it does not follow the curves of your body that easily as Mepilex Lite does.
