However several things are breaking on it. The company is sending us a new dust cup after the clip broke while removing the dust cup, but now one of the foot pedals on the motorized head broke and the motor gets extremely hot even though our filter is clean and the dust cup is empty. We are losing a lot of suction. We know how to work on vacuums and we've checked this one out, but we still can't figure out what's going on.Original review. We own a cleaning company and bought this about a month ago. I am very, very picky about our equipment. This has been amazing. It's not really heavy and it has such awesome suction. If you lose suction pull out your top rinsable filter. Ours was just caked!. We have to wash ours every weekend when we're done with our clients. It gets extremely Dusty and then your suction is gone. Beside that it would be really great if there is a larger nozzle attachment on the head for wider paths. Just got the 3rd one today (shipped back the 2nd today as well) and still incorrect attachments. Not even close to what is shown in photo. I called before ordering this time to be sure it was safe to order the 3rd and the woman told me “yes everything should be good to go because we removed the item from our website and put it back up showing correct attachments”. That’s a lie. Ordering from another site or directly from the manufactur from now on, this is ridiculous Amazon.
