Ich habe das drahtlose Rufsystem in einem kleinen Gastronomiebetrieb getestet und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit. Das Set besteht aus einem Bildschirmempfänger und fünf drahtlosen Pagern, wodurch sich Arbeitsabläufe deutlich strukturierter gestalten lassen. Sobald ein Gast den Pager drückt, wird die entsprechende Nummer klar und gut sichtbar am Empfänger angezeigt – das funktioniert im Alltag zuverlässig. Besonders praktisch finde ich die vielseitigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Das System eignet sich nicht nur für Restaurants oder Hotels, sondern auch für Pflegeheime oder Krankenhäuser. Gerade im Pflegebereich kann ein Notruf per Knopfdruck schnell übermittelt werden, sodass die zuständige Person sofort reagieren kann. Auch der reduzierte direkte Kontakt – beispielsweise in sensiblen Situationen – ist ein klarer Vorteil. Die Einrichtung war überraschend einfach. Die Pager lassen sich schnell registrieren, neue Nummern werden automatisch generiert und bereits registrierte Geräte werden nicht gestört. Gut gefällt mir auch, dass bis zu drei zweistellige Nummern gleichzeitig angezeigt werden können. Dadurch bleibt die Reihenfolge der Aufrufe übersichtlich. Zusätzlich lässt sich einstellen, wie lange eine Nummer angezeigt wird, und man kann sie bei Bedarf manuell oder automatisch löschen. Der SC-R10 Empfänger überzeugt mit Klingelton, Alarmfunktion und sogar Sprachansage. Die Ansage der Pager-Nummer erleichtert dem Personal die schnelle Zuordnung. Positiv ist auch, dass das System auf bis zu 199 Pager erweitert werden kann. Man sollte allerdings beachten, dass der Empfänger dauerhaft an eine Steckdose angeschlossen sein muss – hier wäre ein Akkubetrieb wünschenswert gewesen. Die Ruftasten selbst wirken robust und sind dank Silikonschutz gut gegen Spritzwasser geschützt. Die Signalübertragung war in meinem Test stabil und zuverlässig, auch über mehrere Räume hinweg. Fazit: Ich vergebe 4 von 5 Sternen. Das drahtlose Rufsystem überzeugt durch einfache Einrichtung, stabile Signalübertragung und flexible Einsatzmöglichkeiten in Gastronomie und Pflege. Kleine Abzüge gibt es für die fehlende Akkunutzung des Empfängers, ansonsten ist es ein durchdachtes und zuverlässiges System für den professionellen Einsatz.
