Regarding the bristles, they are very soft, noticeably softer than any previous toothbrushes that I have owned. **Q: What cover with fit over this head** A: I don't use a cover. But is a regular toothbrush it will fit the regular size **Q: what type of battery ?! and how to change it after it runs out?** A: I use the toothbrush for only six months before replacing.
