They said They are doing everything to make it right. Unfortunately, I had already sent the item back. The item itself looked well made and heavy duty, was just lacking good instructions on how to put it together. I give the item itself 5 stars. Hopefully the instructions get better as the company has stated. This item is a joke. Worst instructions ever. Just shows small pictures. Does not tell you where to place screws, or how to put together. I'm not drilling holes in my wall not knowing how this garbage goes together. The hardware for doors seems heavy duty. The railing that is in 5 different pieces seems like light weight junk. It's not one solid piece, so you better make sure you get it straight and level all the way across. Not sure this is worth the price they are selling it for. I'm returning my item. I can't rate the sturdiness because it never got installed. Easy install is a joke.
