Please explain "break in period" for speakers.** A: 3 things I've noticed about speaker break in 1 the sound tends to improve the longer you've been using them 2 warm up a new pair of speakers by listening at 50% for a while before hammering them 3 you won't really know what you have until you turn them up louder than you normally would and turn them back down. Lowest one is $279 per speaker. **Q: How about the r28f? is it worth the added cost to upgrade from the r26f?** A: I had a chance to listen to both at a local retailer and decided to go with the r26f, but I also purchased the r12sw subwoofer for lows. A massive difference in sound quality.
