Product description          The paleta serrana boneless (half) is obtained from the front legs or shoulders of the white pig. This piece has been processed to get a better sliced, also the bone has been removed to get the most out of the meat. The paleta has an exquisite flavour and an excellent qualities because of the process of salting and drying. The result is spectacular, with small injections of fat that enhance the flavour and provide a unique mellow taste. Cured for 14 months in the traditional way. Es un buen jamón serrano, para comerlo en un bocadillo o picar con un poco de queso y vino. Tal vez está un poco subido de sal para mi gusto, porque estamos acostumbrados a comer jamón ibérico de curación superior a 18 meses y este es un jamón serrano pero Gran reserva, curación inferior a 18 meses.De aspecto y presencia esta impresionante. Poca grasa y buena cantidad, es decir, el peso que tiene la pieza es de 1,4 kg. Yo prefiero comprar una pieza de este peso por aquí y envasarla al vacío que comprar en el súper los envases pequeños que sale mucho más caro, además para sacarte de un apuró es perfecto 👌.
