I stored my insulin about 9:30am in the case and then opened the case around 11:00pm that same day. It was still cooling my insulin very effectively. It looked liked it could go for at least another 4 to 5 hours. I took my insulin vile out of the case and transferred my insulin to the refrigerator and was very happy about the way this product performed.
