    Numbers Went Down, But...

I think this is an interesting product and used it twice daily for a month with oat fiber, beta sitosterol, and ground flax seed.  My cholesterol and triglycerides went down, but so did my good cholesterol.  I am still using it twice daily with flax and sometimes oat fiber and will update again after my next round of lab work.  Hard to say if it works since I'm combing things.

    Not a true Cholesterol Reducer

I like the product because it keeps me regular but when reading the product description, it supposedly reduce cholesterol levels which is false.  Before purchasing the product, i didn't exercise and my LDL was under 100.  `4 months later after exercising regularly and taking this product my LDL has increased to 125?! Not impressed with the claim of reducing cholesterol levels.

I have been mixing 1.5 scoops into my protein shakes twice a day.  In 3 months, I lowered my LDL by 46 points, down to 110.  My over-all cholesterol went from 213 to 183, with TC/HDL from 4.2 to 3.7.  It seems this worked well for me.  This was my primary diet change within the 3 months.  Mind you, I am 54 and exercise daily.
