Without a doubt, this book has turned all my relationships into positive, respectful, and loving connections. While the book was written for intimate relationships, I have found it applicable to any relationship because it changes how you approach them. It's changed my world!

This is probably one of the best books I've read of this type. I have learnt so much about myself and my relationships from it. It certainly opens up your view on yourself and your relationships, and answers some of those "why?" questions. Some aspects don't just apply to partner/couple relationships, but can be applied to other relationships too, such as with family. There is a lot to digest, so don't be surprised there are sections you come back to and want to reread again some time later on, such as I have. I would certainly recommend it!!
