I am happy with the product as it has fitted the large uneven gap underneath my door where a screw-on brush type draught excluder that only fits one side of the door didn't work. There are no screws or glue it fits by sliding the middle section under the door so the 2 foam parts fit snuggly either side of the door. I used scissors to trim to door width and trimmed off an angle at the hinge side of the back of the door so when opening the door the excluder did not move when it touched the skirting board behind the door. Suggest trimming a little at a time, checking the fit after each trimming so not too much is taken off. It can be cut to size but if you stick it beneath the door like the photo shows the foam rolls do roll up so air may seep through. What I've done is turned it upside down to what the photo shows and attached some light tape to it too.
