The bearings are amazing, so smooth and when you have the height set right and you come back up to a resting position on the stop it never slams down. The strap that allows you to set the amount of inversion is very easy to work and hold you in place. For this price point this is an amazing inversion table and I get such great relief after a day of lifting and carrying and moving things I get on my inversion table and do three sets of stretches and I'm pain free for the rest of the night!
