You can use anything up to DK although there is variation within different 4-ply yarns, different sport weight and different DKs. But as a rough guide I would say from just over 0.5cm to just over 1cm. I'm having difficulty with cotton yarn splitting** A: Yes, this is far superior to the cheap ones. We couldn't believe the difference. Practice makes perfect ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fabulous - makes perfect icord but chose your yarn carefully. *by S***K on 8 June 2025* As another reviewer said - this is the one, you don't need to try any others to get perfect icord.
