I add a stick to each gallon of my reverse osmosis water & not only does these improve the flavor of not my Nespresso coffee & Kerug coffee but adds the minerals that are missing from my RO faucet.

I used this product properly one packet to a gallon of reverse osmosis water. My TDS showed it was all the way up at 260. That’s not acceptable drinking water much less appropriate for my Kyoto coffee maker. My tapwater was only 240. Obviously that’s not acceptable either however, when I’m paying this kind of money, I was expecting it to make my reverse osmosis within an inappropriate drinking level. I tried to ask questions, but none of the answers addressed my questions

I did not note a flavor enhancement in the Toddy Cold Brew using packet and distilled water.

I make cold brew from my toddy every single week. I use the same coffee and understand that there are always slight variations from brew to brew. I think I was expecting this to be a silver bullet and change the complexity and flavor profile but I have to say you might not notice a difference. Water is interesting, depending on where you live your water is different even after being filtered at home. Using this method with distilled water and then adding the packet seems like a very pure method for brewing. The only hesitation is that the distilled water sat in a plastic bottle for probably months...oh well...I'm still a freak for anything that gives my coffee the edge. Just not sure if this change is noticeable enough to keep going.
