The mouse and keyboard both connect via Bluetooth and even when it's saved it won't reconnect, you have to 'pair new device' again every time. The mouse requires two AAA batteries that are not included. The tablet came fully charged but the battery life does not last long at all. It's frustrating to wait so long to open an app and then the UI [User Interface] says isn't responding. If you want it for YouTube, Roblox or a few other game apps, forget it. From the get go it was taking a long time to set up. It also felt hot after playing a game for a short time. Hoping I get a refund so I can get my child something better! Edit to add another issue and one picture. We have only had this tablet on since Dec 24th. On the 26th it stopped working while just watching YouTube and will not come on. It turns on but stays on the loading up screen with the YQ10S. This is your reminder to listen to reviews!
