I have extreme lower back pain. It’s a combo of scoliosis and degenerative disc disease. Sitting is incredibly painful and I can only stay in a chair for an hour at most, and I work from home. Not a good combo!When I received my Better Back, my pain was close to an 8. I put it on and I could not believe the relief I got instantly. My pain went from an 8 to 0. I’m still shaking my head in disbelief, days later.It’s a little awkward at first. It takes a bit of trial and error to figure out what goes where, what the straps do, and the right placement. I watched the video on the website and that helped me figure it out. It’s not hard once you understand how it works. It is 100% worth every penny. I cannot recommend this highly enough - it is amazing and I am so thankful to have found relief.

I’ve been studying piano for about 8 months, and I would find it difficult to stand up after practicing for an hour or more. I realized I was slouching when my teacher told me I was “dropping my wrists”. I bought this to help correct my posture while playing, and it’s worked wonders, no only with my posture when sitting but the pain in my lower back.My only criticism is it makes pedaling a bit difficult, but with a slight adjustment to the length of the right strap I’ve got that working as well!I would recommend this for anyone that needs to sit for hours, and tends to slouch forward when seated!!And, NO…. No one is paying me to review this!!!

This system is great for keeping you comfortably in a proper sitting position with good posture. Then the entire system folds up and zips closed. Convenient and easy to take with you.

I can't comment on the effectiveness of the product as my husband finds it too uncomfortable to use. He's had 3 back surgeries and is really too impatient to try new things that may be helpful and might give him some comfort.

This has been a significant product to improve my back pain. I'm post low back surgery and I get stiff. I do this for 15 min twice a day and I can stand up straight pain-free. I took it traveling and used in intermittently on my long flight. It was excellent for me feeling much better. I bought one for my parents too.
