I was taking this along w zinc and vitamin D3. I stopped the Zinc and D3 a couple weeks ago after my skin was almost clear. Now my skin is mostly clear w maybe 1 or 2 pimples. Nothing cystic for a while!! Right now my skin have 2 pimples. I have a bunch of scars. I'm supposed to start accutane Monday but w pantothenic I don't know if I really need the Accutane now? I NOW take 6 in the AM and 4-5 evening. It's water soluble vitamin so you won't overdose. Drink water all day and pee it out. I was taking 2-3 daily before then kept on raising the dose.
