As a lady wanting more of a holistic approach to my anxiety and mood these are a must have! They are very affordable, lightens my mood within the hour and overall just works very well.For me the size and ease of swallowing these is not intimidating and is easy.The taste could be a bit better, but they’re pills and don’t taste too bad with that being said.Pop these at night and rest your worries away.

I am so happy I found this supplement! It helps me to relax in the evenings and sleep better. I do not notice a drowsy effect but I do feel like it just helps me settle down and wind down. The capsules do have a slight taste but it’s not horrible, they are easy to swallow. I would recommend trying this if you’re struggling to unwind and fall/stay asleep.

I bought this as a way of getting more bang for my buck, over the pricier Joy-Filled brand that I normally purchase. I find this one works well as a bedtime soothing, calming, and relaxing natural supplement. However, I much prefer the Joy-Filled stress management and anti-anxiety natural supplement in the morning to start my day (like half the recommended dosage), as this Chill Pill makes me Super chill and mellowed out, but Joy-Filled puts me in a bubbly, radiant, jovial, and very pleasant mood that I (and all those I interact with) really enjoy!!!

I worry a lot, have terrible anxiety, can get irritable, and overthink. This is a life saver for my mind and I recognize the results within a few days of use. I now worry less, I focus better, and the ingredients are amazing for my body's needs. I am keeping this in my supplement stock!

Just received it yesterday 1/25/2025, and took two last night and helped so much but knocked me out. I honestly woke up in a better mood, as a stay at home mom with so much going on with the kids, and other stressful situations currently going on, i already felt the affects quick and the calmness. I woke up motivated too and ready to take on the day without thinking about my worries or stresses. This was a quick overnight review but I needed something so bad and I was shocked at how it worked so fast! So I had to write one!

I bought this while back but just started taking them about 1-2 weeks ago. So far, no changes. I'm still stressed out & blowing up every damn day. I like that the tablets are small and doesn't have a coating with the nasty taste like other pills. I'll keep up with the medications to see if it will do anything within a months' time.. but so far, it's not working at all. I don't feel any differences at all.

Not only do they help to de-stress me, help me relax and sleep and help to stabilize my mood but they also helped to tame my hot flashes! I now only have them when I stop taking the chill pill. This is my 3rd bottle. I have recommended these to several others who also love them!

These have worked great for me. I took two as directed and it was a little much. Although, if you're getting ready for bed two works great. I'll take one in the middle of the afternoon and it seems to always take the edge off. I ordered more.
