I always wanted to try the tea ceremony, and this set has everything you need at a reasonable price. I’ve become addicted to matcha and use the set every day for a quiet, relaxing warm drink. No more jittery coffee for me! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Preiswert? *by M***T on Reviewed in Germany on 14 December 2017* Okay, der Reihe nach:Rasch kam die Lieferung dieses Sets an. Alles prima soweit.Was mir aber gleich auffiel beim Auspacken des Sets: Es muss schon lange - oder aber an einem staubigen Platz - gestanden haben.Das Macha-Set ein Ladenhüter? ... Dazu komme ich noch.Das Set war übrigens nicht versiegelt.Im Karton ist alles gut. Sehr gut verpackt - alles nett. So soll es sein.Die Schale sah weniger moosgrün (so war das Set bestellt), eher ins Bläuliche tendierend aus. Zunächst dachte ich mir nichts dabei, vielleicht sieht "moosgrün" ja beim Anbieter SO aus?Der Besen befindet sich in einer glasklaren Plastik-Box. Gut, wenn man unterwegs ist (Bspw. im Urlaub.), denn man kann so den Besen gefahrlos transportieren. Eine kleine Sache, die im Alltag doch große Wirkung hat.Der Besen scheint auch nicht explizit von Aricola zu kommen - er wird, wie ich später sah, auch einzeln angeboten.Die Schale besitzt keine Herkunftsangabe und keinerlei Kennzeichen. Ausserdem ist nicht klar, ob man diese Schale auch in die Spülmaschine packen kann. Es gibt dazu keinen Hinweis. Schade.Ich rührte das Set nicht an (keine Gelegenheit), bestellte aber schon mal eine zweite Schale. (Ziemlich doof, nur eine Schale zu haben - immerhin trinkt man doch gern auch zu zweit...). - Die zweite Schale kam in einer neutralen Umverpackung. Aha, dachte ich bei mir, das kommt vom Großhändler.Die zweite Schale war jedenfalls auch in "moosgrün" bestellt - und dann sah ich den Unterschied beider Schalen ganz deutlich. Die eigentlich moosgrün zu seiende Schale war die himmelblaue Variante. Ahaaaa.Ich schrieb Aricola und schilderte das Problem. Einen Tag später kam die Antwort.Abgekürzt: Aricola ersetzte mir die falsch im Set gelieferte Schale, indem sie sie mir schenkte (!) und mir einen kostenlosen moosgrünen Ersatz sandte. Wow!Da hat Aricola den Fehler zuvorkommend wiedergutgemacht.Ich probierte das Set nun aus und benutzte vorerst einen anderen Macha, den ich daneben noch bestellt hatte. - Zum Macha aus dem Set kann ich also momentan nichts sagen. Nur, dass die Dose einen einfachen Deckel hat, der nicht verschraubt ist. Darunter befindet sich - wie bei bspw. Kakaodosen - eine Aufreiss-Aluversiegelung. Obacht!: Wer mit seinem Macha auf Reisen geht, sollte die Dose sichern. (Andere Dosen anderer Anbieter sind gern auch verschraubt - das ist schon mal ein kleiner Vorteil.).Nachdem ich meinen ersten Macha (NaturaleBio) getrunken hatte, dachte ich mal so bei mir: "Guckst du mal, was es mit dem im Macha-Set gelieferten Macha auf sich hat." - Es handelt sich ja um "Macha Magic".Beim Recherchieren fiel mir auf (Jetzt komme ich zu dem, was ich im 4. Satz dieser Rezension ankündigte.), dass Aricola offensichtlich die Einzelteile des Sets zusammenstellt und teurer verkauft. Denn Macha Magic selbst verkauft das Set 10 Euro günstiger. Ooops, da hatte ich wohl nicht aufgepasst. 10 Euro sind eine Menge Geld im Verhältnis zum Kaufpreis. Ich will ja nicht undankbar sein, aber wenn man ein Set deutlich teurer verkauft, ist auch schon mal eine kostenlose Extra-Schale für einen Kunden drin, dem man unaufmerksamerweise die falschfarbene Schale ins Set legte.FAZITFalschfarbene Schale im Set wurde kostenlos durch eine korrekt gefärbte ersetzt - und die falschfabene blieb als Geschenk bei mir.Vielen Dank für die sehr schnelle und sehr freundliche Wiedergutmachung.Das Set selbst ist in jeder Hinsicht in Ordnung. Ich bin 98% zufrieden.Die Schale hat keinerlei Kennzeichen und auch keine Reinigungsempfehlung. Unklar, ob sie in die Geschirrspülmaschine gepackt werden darf (Glasur!).Das Set wird recht teuer angeboten, finde ich. Ich habe es dennoch ohne Schmerzen gekauft, weil mir der Gesamtauftritt der Fa. Aricola gefällt.Ein wenig ernüchtert bin ich nun aber deshalb, da das Aricola-Set eine Zusammenstellung ist, die woanders deutlich günstiger angeboten wird.Etwas verwirrend finde ich auch die vielen Markenbezeichnungen von Firma und Produkten. Der grüne Pappbox sieht gut aus, ich werde die Teilen darin aufbewahren. Die rosa Becher und hellgrüne Besenhalter entsprechen die Farben auf dem Bild.
