Powerful. Long lasting. Worked just fine with my Ryobi weed eater. Haven't tried it with my other Ryobi products, but I'm sure it will do just fine. This twin pack cost less that the single one I purchased from the big box store a couple of years ago. Since I only had the I wanted a back up for it. I do have three of the original small amp batteries that came with my drill, chainsaw and weed eater that still work and that I'll continue to use, but they do not last as long. Can't share how long it took to charge because I didn't time it. I just recommended putting it on the charger as soon as you get it so it's ready for the next day. By the way... Once charged it stays charged until you're ready to use it.
