I have been working out for years and I have never tried using amino acids even though I have read a million times how important they can be for those of us who stress our bodies with exercise. I am getting older and recovery takes longer than it used to and I don't want to lose muscle mass if possible. So, I decided to try this formula after my exercise sessions over the past several days. I keep thinking maybe it's the "placebo effect" but I really do feel better than I did without drinking it. I all of a sudden can't imagine going without it now!
