Review: valido kit in bambù per sushi - Premetto che non avevo mai realizzato l'uramaki ma ero curiosa di provare perchè a me piacciono moltissimo e preparli in casa costano molto meno, inoltre sono più sicura degli ingredienti e dell'igiene, quindi mi sono decisa ed in desertcart ho cercato un kit, dopo un po di ricerca e leggendo le valutazioni ho optato per questo kit. Arrivato, avevo già tutto il necessario per comporre gli uramaki, riso originale, salmone affumicato, avocado, semi di papavero, semi di sesamo, cipolla disidratata, aceto di mele, soya fermentata naturalmente. Ho rivestito sotto e sopra la stuoia con la pellicola per alimenti, ho bagnato le mani con l'aceto di mele, ho distribuito il riso ed il ripieno, con la stuoia ho arrotolato l'uramaki stringendo così da compattare il rotolo, disposto su di un pezzo di carta forno e rivestito con i semi di papavero, tagliato in porzioni e messo subito in frigo. Ho atteso solo 30 minuti e non ho resistito dall'assaggiare. Buonissimo! nulla da invidiare a quello che preparano nei ristoranti di sushi o quelli già pronti nei supermercati. Ora mi sto sbizzarrendo provando vari ripieni ed invito le mie tre migliori amiche che oltre gustare quelli che preparo, sono rimaste stupefatte di come realizzo facilmente gli uramaki e li preparo davanti a loro mettendo il ripieno che preferiscono, grazie a questo kit per sushi. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Premetto che non avevo mai realizzato l'uramaki ma ero curiosa di provare perchè a me piacciono moltissimo e preparli in casa costano molto meno, inoltre sono più sicura degli ingredienti e dell'igiene, quindi mi sono decisa ed in Amazon ho cercato un kit, dopo un po di ricerca e leggendo le valutazioni ho optato per questo kit. Arrivato, avevo già tutto il necessario per comporre gli uramaki, riso originale, salmone affumicato, avocado, semi di papavero, semi di sesamo, cipolla disidratata, aceto di mele, soya fermentata naturalmente. Ho rivestito sotto e sopra la stuoia con la pellicola per alimenti, ho bagnato le mani con l'aceto di mele, ho distribuito il riso ed il ripieno, con la stuoia ho arrotolato l'uramaki stringendo così da compattare il rotolo, disposto su di un pezzo di carta forno e rivestito con i semi di papavero, tagliato in porzioni e messo subito in frigo. Ho atteso solo 30 minuti e non ho resistito dall'assaggiare. Buonissimo! nulla da invidiare a quello che preparano nei ristoranti di sushi o quelli già pronti nei supermercati. We have used the mats to roll up sushi. We used plastic wrap on them to keep them clean and make clean up a lot easier. The rice paddle was nice and cleans up great. The chopsticks are very pretty.
