I wish it wasn't made in China though. Seems like an awfully long way to ship pasta. I'll keep buying this until I can find a more local brand. Not much meat or dairy after having read "The China Study". I realized that we need to have more protein from vegetables, so this was one thing that I started to use. I like beans, but can't say I'm crazy about them. But this black bean spaghetti is VERY good. It doesn't fall apart, and cooks up "al dente" without any special timing on my part. My son-in-law took one look at the spaghetti the first time I served it to them, you could see his hesitation, and said "what is this?" I told him, "try it, you may like it!" He tried it - and he liked it! He made my daughter buy some too. I have also served it to other guests, and they have also said that they like it. It's very tasty with a topping of julienned or spiralized veggies and lots of fresh tomatoes cut up into the cooked veggies, plus fresh herbs.The only negative thing about buying it in this size is that it comes just like that in the box, no inner lining, not in plastic. So I have to store that size box even though the contents are becoming less as I use it, and the spaghetti pieces are falling into and becoming entwined with each other.
