Thank you.** A: With the on/off switch facing up and away from you (so you are looking at the connections on the back) the green ground wire connects to the bottom terminal on the switch. Next, connect the black wire to the top, left terminal and then the white wire right under the black one on the left. You will need two pieces of 2.5 to 3 inch wire for the remaining connections. One black, one white. Connect the black one to the topmost right terminal on the switch. Skip over the next connection down on the right and connect the other end of the black wire to the third terminal down. Connect the white wire to the remaining two terminals.
