I really love the gel toe inserts. I wear them everyday faithfully. I like the night time splint and wear it every single night. I don't know if it is actually helping or not because it gets loose pretty quickly and my feet have never hurt like I had read in so many of the other reviews prior to purchasing. I have always believed in the "no pain, no gain" motto so I can't tell if it's healing my bunions. Yet, my pain has subsided so I feel that this daytime/night time kit is in fact helping. I have recorded the starting circumference of my foot measurement on day 1 as 8.5 inches. On day, 10, it is measuring 8.25 inches. So I do see an improvement.I like the way this kit includes this recording chart and daily using tips. I wish the night time splint would stay tight for longer so that I could feel assured that it is doing something constructive. Other than that, I really am happy I made this purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐ The toe separators are awesome! *by K***E on Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2018* I really wanted this to work but the splint stays tight for about as long as it takes to get my foot under the covers. Once under the sheets, it pulls down and loosens as soon as I move my foot. I'll have to fashion a heel strap that keeps it tight on my foot.The toe separators that come with the splint are awesome though! (they're super soft on your skin)…I use one almost every day (or whenever I remember). For reference, I have a bunion that is fairly new so it hasn't caused pain yet but after taking a trip in which I did a ton of walking, it did start to ache a little (that's why I bought this).
