I have a bigger fuel jet to let more fuel in, odd as it may seem, more gas cools the engine. These plugs burn basically all the gas that goes in, thus it will get hotter. I would recommend a larger fuel jet, mine hasn't overheated since I got one...Gives a noticeable amount more power as well (Gave my 500 pound go kart 10mph more speed). ;) **Q: What size plug wrench does this plug take?** A: 11/16 **Q: How much longer are these compared to NGK race plugs extened tip ?** A: Same **Q: Does it increase horse power** A: It’s more about slightly increasing compression do to plug design lowering the cc’s in the head!
