If you are not experienced with 3d printers and you get one of these faulty ones, its going to ruin your whole experience. On mine 1. The print bed was lose... the linear bearing were slack, so much backlash on the bed. It's not the rail. It's not the bearings, its the plastic housing the bearing are slid into are the wrong size...? It took ages for them to send me a replacement, land the replacements are still faulty.. therefore I had to make my own modifications. 2. The new and improved direct drive print head was faulty.. they would not accept it was faulty.. i recorded a video of it coming apart, all the screws were so lose they fell out on printing.. If I could send it back I would, but all they want to do is delay you with emails, and posting things by sea mail. They need to sort this out.. this is supposed to be a 3rd or so generation problem, that has been designed specifically to make it easy to new comers, yet what they have done is dumped a poorly assemble nightmare on the uninitiated..
