I spent a lot of time in the sauna and would always struggle to focus and chat after as I feel like my brain was fried. I was drinking loads of water with electrolytes but it did not help. I asked someone in the sauna if it helped and they said yes so I ordered one. This has been a massive game changer. My body still sweats a lot but my head does not get hot and I feel great afterwards.
